Welcome to Prelisse Agency. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Prelisse Agency provides creator management services including but not limited to content strategy, account management, audience growth, and revenue optimization. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement between the Agency and the Creator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply to or work with Prelisse Agency. By submitting an application or engaging our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.

3. Creator Obligations

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during the application and onboarding process.
  • Comply with all applicable platform terms of service (OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.).
  • Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with the Agency.
  • Notify the Agency promptly of any changes that may affect the working relationship.

4. Revenue & Payments

Revenue splits and payment schedules will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of services. All agreed amounts will be paid on the schedule outlined in the individual creator agreement. The Agency does not charge upfront fees; compensation is commission-based.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal information, earnings, strategies, and any proprietary information shared during the working relationship. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are signed as part of the onboarding process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by the Creator remains the intellectual property of the Creator. The Agency does not claim ownership over any content produced. The Creator grants the Agency a limited, non-exclusive licence to use content solely for agreed promotional and management purposes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice as specified in the individual creator agreement. Upon termination, all obligations regarding confidentiality and outstanding payments remain in effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prelisse Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
